Customer Success Manager
What we require:
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsibility, resilience
- Ability to recognize business opportunities
- Ability to think analytically
- Excellent organization of work (adherence to deadlines, prioritization of work)
- Knowledge of English, another language at a communicative level would be an advantage
- General level of knowledge of online technologies and digital marketing and the tools used in it
- Ideally experience working in a similar position (not a requirement)
- Sense of humour
What will be part of your duties:
- Maintaining business relationships with existing clients and assisting with winning new opportunities within individual accounts
- Assisting with the acquisition of new business opportunities
- Day to day communication with clients and managing the smooth running of individual projects
- Managing business opportunities in CRM and reporting them to the supervisor
- Monitoring the delivery of individual projects on time and due to standards
- Communicating client needs internally to the team
